The use of Paris Chauffeur services is reserved exclusively to users who have read these Terms in their entirety.

PAYMENT MODE AND TERMS

  • Paris Chauffeur accepts all types of payment ranging from Major debit cards, bank transfers, online transfers and cash payments.

  • Paris Chauffeur reserves the right to replace vehicles and or/change the chauffeur assigned to you without prior notice.

  • We at Paris Chauffeur always aim to be punctual for our clientele, however, in instances where the situation is beyond our control, Paris Chauffeur cannot be held responsible for.

  • Paris Chauffeur only utilizes vehicles that are equipped with insurance. As such, Paris Chauffeur cannot be held liable for any damages that may be caused towards the client's property.

  • For reservations and bookings, the client shall be required to contact us regarding the information of your booking in order to get a proper quotation of the services they are availing.

  • Under the event that the chauffeur has already arrived at the pick up site, and the client is a no-show, refunds will be completely invalidated.

  • Any delay caused by the client and or by misinformation given by the client may be charged as per extra time rate.

  • Any cancellations by the clientele should immediately be brought forth to the management to arrange the possibility of a refund.

  • We at Paris Chauffeur have a zero-tolerance policy with regards to harassment, discimination, and otherwise offensive behavior. As such, we reserve the right to refuse and or withdraw service to consumers effective immediately if need be.

  • Should any issues or inquiries arise with regards to our services, it is advised that the clientele should contact us via email or our contact us form found within the website.
